What it’s like to work here
As with many roles, no two days are the same, and even more so in the People & Culture function! From day to day people operations to development projects, exceptional organisational skills and solid processes are needed as it is definitely a juggling act. We’re a small team, but we look after recruitment, onboarding, training, engagement, development, payroll, offboarding and more but it’s exciting and we’re able to move things forwards at a fast rate.
